CBT-I Treatment for Insomnia
If you are experiencing symptoms of Insomnia, such as having difficulty falling or staying asleep most nights, CBT-I treatment might be helpful for you. CBT-I is a brief therapy program that lasts about 6-8 weeks. I will work closely with you to tailor a program that meets your unique needs, and help you improve your sleep. If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep most nights, feel free to give a call or email for more information. I have received training in CBT-I, and have over 20 years in the sleep field as a Registered Polysomnographic Technician.
